• Size, Color, or other Specification preferred
• Price (if known)
• Where did you see or hear about the product?
• Any relevant links (to product or social media where seen) 

Manufacture/Brands:

Are a brand or manufacture interested in selling me your product(s)?

If you meet the following conditions, you are welcome to send me your product catalogue with pricing, minimum order qualifications, average shipping time and any industry trade shows that your company has been featured at. 

• Your products are body safe
• You offer samples prior to ordering
• You offer a product warranty 
• You have stock based in the US
• You are willing to work with a large US Distributor
